Privacy

This site is run by Pete Lindemere (The Infinite Bass). It keeps things simple:

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address and message are emailed to Pete so he can reply, and a minimal record (time, IP address and delivery status — not the message content, unless delivery fails and retaining it is the only way to not lose your message) is kept in a private log to help filter spam. Your details are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.

Free PDF downloads

When you request the free PDFs, your email address (and first name, if you give one) is stored in a private list so the PDFs can be emailed to you. If you tick the updates box, Pete may occasionally email you about new free lessons or PDFs — and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying or getting in touch. If you leave the box unticked, your address is used only to send the PDFs. Either way it is never shared with anyone else.

Bookings

Online lesson bookings are handled by Lessonface, whose own privacy policy applies to the details you enter when booking. This site does not collect or store any booking information itself.

Analytics & embedded content

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. Video lessons are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookies until you press play. The contact page embeds a Google Map.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Third-party services mentioned above may set their own when you interact with them.
